About Orders

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to multiple countries and regions. You can select the shipping destination on the shopping cart page of our website. If you cannot find your country, please contact us at support@yimydecor.com and we will solve it for you as soon as possible.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

To ensure timely delivery, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Please note that once an order enters the shipping process, it cannot be modified.

About Shipping

When will it be shipped?

We will arrange shipment as soon as we receive your order, usually within 1-2 weeks. In case of special circumstances, we will notify you by email.

When can I receive the goods?

We offer a variety of shipping methods, and the processing and shipping times will vary. Please check our shipping policy for more information.

Where do you ship from?

We will choose the fastest shipping method and the best warehouse for shipment based on actual inventory availability.

Can I track my order?

Yes, after the order is shipped, you can view the tracking information online or send us an email to obtain relevant information.

About Returns and Exchanges

Do you offer free returns and refunds?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving the product, excluding custom products. You must ensure that the product is in new and undamaged condition. Please note that the return shipping cost is at your own expense.

What if the item you received is damaged?

If the item is found to be damaged, please inform us by email and attach relevant pictures. After confirmation, we will send you a replacement item. If you choose to return the item, the order will be processed as a return and the shipping cost will be borne by you. After confirmation, you will receive a refund (excluding courier costs).

How to return?

1. Please send an email to support@yimydecor.com stating the reason for the return and the product information.

2. We will review your request and reply to confirm.

3. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email. After the return is confirmed, please ship our product within 7 days.

4. After shipping the product, please provide the tracking number of the package, website address and product photos via email to ensure that the returned product is our product.

When can I receive the refund? Where will the refund be refunded?

Once we receive your return, we will email you within 2 days to confirm your refund. Refunds will be issued to your credit card or original payment account. Credit card processing time is 3-5 days, PayPal 2-3 days.
