Shipping policy

For most of our products we offer free shipping on all orders in Europe outside Iceland.

If the delivery address is in Iceland/not in Europe, we need to charge the corresponding shipping fee according to the specific situation.

Delivery Time = Processing Time (Order Preparation) + Shipping Time
Order preparation
Once we receive your order information, we will process the order:
(1) Check the inventory. (2) Confirm whether the items in the order need to be customized. (3) Check your delivery address. (4) Confirm again whether the items in the order comply with our delivery policy. (5) If everything is ready, we will ship your order.

Please make sure you provide a detailed delivery address (street number is required). Otherwise, our customer service team will notify you. This may delay the delivery.

Free Shipping
Handling Time: 2-4 Days
Shipping Time:
1. 1-2 Weeks (weekdays) - Most products of normal size and weight: Most European countries (Poland, Sweden, Germany, France, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy) as well as the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia; Other remote countries may take more time. 
2. 2-4 Weeks (weekdays) - Larger but lighter products: Most European countries (Poland, Sweden, Germany, France, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy) as well as the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia; Other remote countries may take more time.
Note: Delivery times may fluctuate depending on flight information at the time of ordering.

Address Change
We are unable to change the delivery address once the goods are in transit. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us at support@yimydecor.com within 24 hours.

Cancellation
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

Package Damaged in Transit
If you find that the package is damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you, please contact customer service for the next steps.
