Return Policy
You have 15 days from the date you receive the product to request a return. After submitting the return request, please send the product back within 7 days. No returns will be accepted after the deadline.

Return Conditions
1. The returned product must be intact, unused or damaged, and all original packaging, labels and accessories must be complete.
2. You must follow the return process we provide to ensure that the return is completed smoothly.
3. For any return, whether it is a return or exchange, the shipping cost is borne by you. When returning the product, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Therefore, please check carefully before returning the product to ensure that you really need to return it.

Invalid Return Situations
1. Customized products: Since such products are produced according to your specific requirements, they cannot be returned.
2. Bulk orders: For large-volume orders, it is recommended that you purchase one to confirm the quality first. Bulk products do not support returns.
3. Shipping costs are not refundable: Regardless of the reason for the return, the shipping costs you paid are not refundable.

Cancel/Modify Order
If you have any changes after placing an order, please be sure to contact customer service within 24 hours to cancel the order free of charge. If your order has been shipped, the order information cannot be modified. (For example, color, size, delivery address, phone number)
If the order is not cancelled within 24 hours, it will be deemed as an order confirmation. At this time, a storage fee of 30%-50% of the total price of the goods will be charged for cancellation of the order. The return shipping fee is borne by you.

Delayed Or Unreceived Refund
If you have not received the refund yet, please check your bank account first to make sure nothing is missing.
Next, it is recommended that you contact the credit card company because it may take some time for the refund to be officially received.
Afterwards, please communicate with your bank, and some refunds may require additional processing cycles.

Return Process
1. Please send an email to support@yimydecor.com and explain the reason for the return and the information of the goods you want to return in the email.
2. We will review your return request and reply to confirm.
3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email of the return approval.
After the return is confirmed, you have 7 days (from the date you receive the return approval email) to ship the item.
4. After shipping the item, please provide the tracking number, website address and product photos of the package via email to ensure that the returned item is our product.

Exchanges
We only provide exchanges for defective or damaged items during transportation.
If you need to exchange the same item, please email support@yimydecor.com and we will provide you with a solution.

Please note that any damaged or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and before installation. When receiving the goods, please keep all packaging materials and wait for the shipper to complete the inspection. At the same time, be sure to check all packaging boxes for damage. If damage is found, please ask the courier to indicate it on the delivery note.
If you do not want to exchange and choose to return the product, the return will be processed according to the normal return process, and a restocking fee of up to 35% of the product price will be charged, and the return shipping costs will be borne by you.

Wrong Item Received
If the item you received is not what you ordered, we recommend that you first check that the order information is correct. In the case of incorrect shipment, please report it to us within one week of receiving the item.
We will provide you with the correct item as soon as possible after receiving your report. If you do not want to exchange and insist on returning the item, the return will be processed as a normal return, with a storage fee of up to 35%, and the return shipping costs will be borne by you.

Restocking Fee
If the return period has expired or you request a return for the following reasons, we will charge a restocking fee:
1.Change of mind or buyer's remorse
2.Find the same product at a better price elsewhere
3.Mistakenly purchased or no longer needed items
The specific restocking fee can be up to 100% of the item price, depending on the return period and the condition of the item.

Note:
1.Please avoid initiating Paypal or credit card disputes, we will do our best to resolve the problem for you
2.Regardless of the reason for return or exchange, the shipping fee you paid is not refundable.
